The Client
Representative acts as the "watch dog" of the service by representing
the client's right to professional care; investigates complaints and
facilitates problem-solving; liaises, when needed, between the client
and the care provider.
Assistance
to clients could be in the form of help with WINZ, complaints against
service providers, providing advocacy roles with budgeting services or
other community services. The Consumer Representative can assist
the client when times are difficult.
